Bu do\u011frultuda tapu sicili m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri taraf\u0131ndan verilecek randevu tarihlerini beklememek ve ta\u015f\u0131nmaz devir i\u015flemlerini noterde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek isteyen ki\u015filerin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakileri yapmas\u0131 gerekmektedir:<\/p><p><strong>(i) <\/strong>E-Devlet \u00fczerinden T\u00fcrkiye Noterler Birli\u011fi\u2019ne ba\u015fvurmak ve ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131l\u0131rken istenen belgeleri T\u00fcrkiye Noterler Birli\u011fi Bilgi Sistemi&#8217;ne y\u00fcklemek,<\/p><p><strong>(ii) <\/strong>\u0130lgili noterin i\u015fleme ait d\u00f6ner sermaye hizmet bedeli ve tapu harc\u0131n\u0131n tahsiline ili\u015fkin e-tahsilat seri numaras\u0131 ile \u00f6deme y\u00f6ntemi, imzaya y\u00f6nelik randevu tarihi ve saatini bildirece\u011fi k\u0131sa mesaj\u0131 beklemek.<\/p><p>Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sat\u0131\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ile ilgili i\u015flemler ilgili noter taraf\u0131ndan bizzat ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir. Bu kapsamda ta\u015f\u0131nmaz \u00fczerindeki takyidatlar, ta\u015f\u0131nmaz devriyle ilgili kanuni k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar, taraflar\u0131n kimli\u011fi ve ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na ili\u015fkin hukuki bir engel bulunup bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi hususlar noterler taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilecektir.<\/p><p>Yukar\u0131daki hususlara ilaveten ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n tapu senedi, imzalar\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131 akabinde Tapu ve Kadastro Bilgi Sistemi&#8217;nden (&#8220;<strong>TAKB\u0130S<\/strong>&#8220;) al\u0131nan yevmiye numaras\u0131 ile s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ve di\u011fer belgelerin TAKB\u0130S&#8217;e kayd\u0131 ve ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n ilgili tapu sicili m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan tapu siciline tescilinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinin ard\u0131ndan tescil prosed\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn tamamlanmas\u0131 ile bizzat ilgili noter taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenecektir.<\/p><p>Son olarak, 11 Ocak 2023 tarihli ve 32070 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanan Y\u00f6netmelik\u2019in, 1512 say\u0131l\u0131 Noterlik Kanunu&#8217;nun 61\/A maddesinde \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen ve Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n resm\u00ee internet sitesinde ilan edilecek olan bili\u015fim sisteminin kurulmas\u0131ndan sonra uygulanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatmak isteriz.<\/p><p>Herhangi bir sorunuz olmas\u0131 halinde bize
