Sonu\u00e7 olarak, de\u011fer art\u0131\u015f pay\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n idareye \u00f6denece\u011fine ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemeyi iptal etmi\u015ftir. Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019nin 18.05.2023 tarihli ve 2020\/42 E., 2023\/99 say\u0131l\u0131 iptal karar\u0131, 04.10.2023 tarihli, 32329 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de ilan edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p><p>An\u0131lan iptal karar\u0131, 04.07.2024 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecektir. Bu tarihe kadar kanun koyucunun de\u011fer art\u0131\u015f pay\u0131n\u0131n daha makul bir oran\u0131n\u0131n idareye \u00f6denece\u011fine ili\u015fkin yeni bir d\u00fczenleme getirece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00d6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen yeni d\u00fczenleme getirilene kadar de\u011fer m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse art\u0131\u015f pay\u0131na konu olabilecek imar plan\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi tesis edilmemesinin lehe olaca\u011f\u0131 kanaatindeyiz.<\/p><p>Herhangi bir sorunuz olmas\u0131 halinde bize
