say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131 ile ana faaliyet konusu \u00f6zel nitelikli ki\u015fisel veri i\u015fleme olan veri sorumlular\u0131ndan y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 10\u2019dan az ve y\u0131ll\u0131k mali bilan\u00e7o toplam\u0131 10 milyon T\u00fcrk liras\u0131ndan az olan ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015fi veri sorumlular\u0131n\u0131n da VERB\u0130S
